Dealership cars washes are useless
The point is that everyone else was getting free wheel locks because they were coming with the vehicles anyways. Others were getting free iphones. I didnt get anything, and I had to deal with their BS because they messed up my pre-order and tried blaming it on corporate when I knew it was their fault.
I was even told that they would comp the kickplates since I had so much trouble with them and because Infiniti didnt have them out yet. But in the time that I got the phone call saying my car just came in on the truck and the time I got to the dealership, the sales manager left and didnt mention to anyone about him comping it or throwing in anything free like he promised.

When I get my new wheels next month, want my OEM wheel locks? I'll give them to you becaude you got shafted. If you'll pay the shipping, I'll send you the 4 wheel locks and the key and when you get them ship me your regular lugs. Cool?
Mike and I are going to start our own Infiniti dealership cross country. It's nice when we chat and just compare how bad some mooshes really are -- will complain just to get a free oil change... they'll complain about $3 off for a oil change, or $2/month just because they don't want splash guards.... or even if they do'nt get a "free" hat

@ wheel locks: they don't come from the factory, ever. It is ALWAYS a dealer add on.
Well when the cars first came off the trucks, there were a lot of reports that they were in the trunk and the dealerships just let the new owners keep them. Of course, I told Atlantic to keep all the plastic onmy car until I got there and they didnt listen. When I questioned them about the wheel locks, they immediately started fumbling for words, which they did a lot whenever I got them in a lie, which, I counted was 5 times.
don't judge each dealership as a whole. Infiniti of Massapequa uses a nice system that uses filtrated water aka like the Mr Clean Spot free rinse. We have the car washer wash it by hand w/ a shammy and he knows how important it is to take care of the cars.
Some dealers have the luxury of just sending it through a machined car wash.

haha yea okkkk !! i had my car washed ther after service about a month ago its like they did nothing but splash water on it and left it the rims and body was still very and i mean very dirty
Wash it yourself!
The dealership usually employees detailers at minimum wage or mainly on commission and they could give a s*** about your car especially you in a fancy G37S while the detailers stuck driving the Sanford & Son vehicle!
The Clearcoat at first I thought as medium grade, now after 4 months of ownership and other complaining on the forum its obvious the clear coat is pure crap!
Our paint scratches way way way way way too easy. The paint requires pro care all the way with a wax every month or 2. As said before lots of good info on detailing your car is here.
