Man, when people get an idea in their heads, I guess they just can't let it go.
Why pick on Infiniti/Nissan when Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Mazda, BMW, VW, Audi and others that I don't know about first hand all have this feature. Why aren't people saying most manufacturers missed the boat on this. Please tell me why Infiniti is alone in being blamed?
Sorry to beat a dead horse.....
We (I) pick on nissan/Infiniti due to their cost cutting factors/measures/quality. Maybe other manufacturers have the same auto roll down feature but, nissan is known for a lot of cost cutting. I would not be surprised that nissan DOES have a flaw with the key hole module design to save a buck or two. I seriously doubt Nissan has the exact same window module as Lexus, MB, BMW or AUDI. One example is that Lexus window modules can roll-up, or roll-down the windows using the key holes. Nissan/Infiniti does not do that. Unless they just started introducing this feature.
A neat feature would be to check if the window module has been activated "NOT" by the key or key fob, and then roll-the windows back up. I think thieves would get tired of the windows rolling back up after they roll them down.

Until they throw a brick at it. Then windows up or down doesn't matter too much anymore.
