The new IPL G37S
I haven't had one phone call from anyone or a person walk though the door and ask if they can order one. In the past, people have come in way before release dates and have reserved cars for themselves but so far not one.
Personally I will be considering an IPL although I don't think infiniti is making the right choice by adding such little improvement... and why they would call it IPL is beyond me.... It sound like a shipping company (UPS DHL blah blah blah.) A think a simple "R" would have been perfect.
I will keep you guys posted on the response from the public.

i would Personally jump on the IPL over any other 2011 G, but i wont trade up till 2012 so hopefully the new G is a better upgrade cause im about to move onto Lexus F !!!
Going to look at the malbec black IPL color and bodykit in person first, but seriously thinking of trading "up" from the 08. Really interested in how the IPL exhaust will sound (saw the clip but wasn't that clear, need to compare to stock G). Right now I have the sport muffler / aftermarket wheels / bunch of small mods but with the IPL will also get the new tranny, white gauges, other stuff. Anyone else with an 08 thinking of trading for the IPL? Think it may be worth it for the 08' owners but not so much for 09-10 obviously.
IPL G Coupe pricing announced
$49k ish.
2011 Infiniti IPL G Coupe to Start at $48,825 - Wide Open Throttle - Motor Trend Magazine
Infiniti has attached price tags to the G lineup-topping IPL coupes: the 2011 Infiniti Performance Line G Coupe will cost $48,825 with a six-speed manual and $50,725 with a seven-speed automatic. The high-performance coupes will go on sale in December of this year. A concept version of the IPL convertible, a production version of which should arrive sometime next year, is debuting at the 2010 Paris Motor Show.
What do you get for that price premium over the base G37 coupe? The IPL model gets a tuned-up version of Nissan's 3.7-liter V-6 with 348 horsepower and 276 lb-ft of torque on tap. That's an 18 horsepower and 6 lb-ft of torque boost over the base G37 coupe. In addition to the engine upgrade, the IPL G's suspension and steering have been re-calibrated to be more responsive, and the shocks and damping have been adjusted to account for harsher vibrations.

IPL G Coupe Pricing Announced
Maybe I'm blind but it seems the IPL Coupe thread has disappeared.
2011 Infiniti IPL G Coupe Pricing Straddles the $50K Line
Infiniti has announced pricing on its 2011 IPL G coupe, which goes on sale on December for $48,825 for the six-speed manual-transmission model, and $50,725 with the seven-speed automatic.
For that coin, one gets a G coupe with all the boxes checked (Premium, Sport, and Navigation Packages), as well as more-aggressive lower bodywork, red stitching on the seats and steering wheel, an 18-hp bump in output (to 348), a slight tweak to the torque curve, a limited-slip rear diff, enlarged brakes, a unique crossover exhaust system, and charcoal-painted 19-inch wheels. There are no options other than color choices, which are limited to Shadow Gray or Malbec Black. Graphite and red leather are the interior color options, both of which are accompanied by aluminum trim.
A convertible version will be shown in Paris this week as a concept, but we fully expect it to be added to the Infiniti lineup sometime next year.

Actually I'm glad the tech pack isn't stock on the IPL. The boxcut hole in the front vent for the ICC is kind of ugly in my opinion. The options in the tech pack are cool but would rather have a clean front, especially since you can not choose what packages go on or off the IPL.
Oh ya and what happened to the IPL sticky?
