I recently found a leak coming from a coolant hose attached to the throttle body on my 2012 G37 sedan (shown in pic... also I fully realize how dusty my motor is ). It seems like a fairly simple fix, is there measures I have to take prior to disconnecting and replacing the hose (e.g. Coolant drain) ? Or can I disconnect w/o coolant drain?

hey man i have a leak exactly the same place where yours is/was ! what type of hose did you get and what measurements did you end up using ?

I did not have to drain any coolant. Only measures I had to take were removing the air intake for access and some paper towels to catch the residual coolant left in the hose. One thing that sucked was disconnecting and reconnecting the hose on the other end.. it takes some finagling since you can barely fit your hand back there.
