They adjusted the shift cable - no charge under warranty.

I had some other work done, and we had a hurricane in between, so it took a week.

I have a similar problem. I have a 2009 infinity g37 and the car runs fine but when I **** the car off it won’t register that it’s in park j have to manually pull up my shifter a bit for it to stop beeping otherwise I can’t lock the car when I get out of it. I just got a bran new battery so it can’t be a battery problem. Not really sure what to do

If you pull the pin up and it stops, try lubricating the pin. It may not be fully releasing.
