Exclamation New problem!

what can i say?!?!? i started loving my G more even with the problems!!!

i was driving normally and enjoying my baby G all of a sudden the car wont rev more than 3500 rpm!! and check engine light is on!!
i stopped and turned of the car and started again and started driving
same thing ! car wont rev more than 3500 rpm! so i drove safely and slow back home.

i decided to rest the ecu by disconnecting the battery over night, so i did that.

woke up and connecting the battery, no check engine and the car was perfect!
BUT 10 min later the check engine light back on and rpm problem again!

went to a friend and he plugged the thingy ( the code reader thing ) and 2 codes showed:
P0081- IVT CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE
P0524- ENGINE OIL PRESSURE

so, called the dealer and told them and asked me to get the car tomorrow morning but ill send it tonight

anyone with same issue??? or can help?

I don't specifically know what happened, but the car went into limp mode as a fail safe which is a good thing (which is why it wouldn't rev past 3500rpms and your CEL came on).

I'm sure Bill Gates was involved in this somehow. Your car reminds me of my computer.

Staples;

How do you normally get your car to enter LIMP MODE? (by running it too hot)

What is the fix for this?

There's numerous ways to get the car to go into limp mode. Lets say you're tracking your vehicle and you're not running an oil cooler. The oil becomes so hot that the ECU enters limp mode so it doesn't detonate your motor from lack of proper lubrication. The hotter oil becomes the more it thins out. Limp mode goes away after about 20 minutes of having the car off, or enough time to cool things down. It's also a good idea to disconnect the ground on your battery while doing this so it resets your ECU in the process.

I've personally had my car enter limp mode because I get a little bit of dirt on one of my MAF sensors when I was installing my intakes. I cleaned it off real well with brake fluid cleaner and turned the car off, waited 20 minutes, turned it back on and everything was fine. It was a scary experience for me because I wasn't expecting it, so at first I didn't know what the culprit was.

i just called the road service and they will pick my car in few minutes and take it to the dealer
called the dealer and talked to the guy there informing him that the car is on the way.
as long as the car is in limp mode then im ok. The 2 codes i got are related to each other and both have to do with the intake valve control solenoid

so lets wait and see! im 100% that its an EVIL EYE!!
