Exclamation Driveshaft/Trans/Differential Issue??

I just wanted to see if anyone on the board has experienced any issues with the Trans of a 6MT. I have an 08 G37S 6MT (34K mi.) and recently experienced some extremely loud humming and vibration at highway Speeds. The noise and vibration gets less as soon as I let go of the throttle. At first I was thinking the tires, but they only have 10K on them and the noise wouldnt be that loud if they need to be replaced.
After some driving around, I now experience this and some clunking noises from the trans. I feel metal hitting metal on the shifter when I slow down to around 30MPH. During acceleration from 0-50 I wont feel a thing at times.
Background info:I recently had the clutch slave cylinder replaced(under warranty), drove home, parked the car for two weeks, took the car out for the weekend and got hit with this now. Anyone think the dealer that replaced my slave cylinder caused this issue? Anyone experience anything similar?

I made an appt with the Dealer for Wednesday and am hoping for the best.

Thanks for the response. I'm not even going to bother checking it. I made my appt and am picking up a loaner. I have a list of things for them to look at anyways. Plus if its low on fluid its their fault and I want it documented.

Well I took it in and they fixed the issue. Apparently the bolts for the driveshaft were loose. Who knows how or why but they came loose. They torqued it to spec and all is running good again.
Thanks for the responses.
