Hypertech Max Energy Sport...just got it
I hope this is not the norm for Hypertech. Did it not recognize the vehicle data? Wondering what Infiniti will have to do to get it running?

I had tried updates from HT 3 times( last three days- Been going back and forth with them VIA the tuner update on-line and phone). They said my ECU was calibrated different then the 09's. During the flash a got error code 70?? HT said there was a electronic disruption during the flash,, The also assured me that the dealer will not see anything and they just need to reflashe the ECU. Will see. Towed it in at 8am and nothing back yet? They said the other 10's have had no issues, But I think my build date has different software an thats why it did not work..
To make matter worse wife was PO'd BIG time and sent the unit back to them, :/

Yea something happened with the AUX fans coming on while the car was flashing.( Everything was off and I was in the car with a flash light??)
The HT did not the first time reconize the cars computer after the recalibraetd it did.
car needs a IP port or someting, Warrenty. But HT IMO is still awsome customer service is super talked to Chris for 45 mins in the phone today+ he was all so very helpful with my Mazda Speed3's unit. Great guys over there and the product is A++, this is why they do Beta testing..

I guess they mean it when they tell you to turn off all accessories!
So your dealer will just be able to re-flash your ECU or something?
And this is what I keep telling people... be patient with this sort of thing... especially when dealing with the ECU!

If you were a beta tester it would be Hypertech's responsibility to troubleshoot and fix it, after all they need to know what went wrong anyway... that's part of beta testing.

Received my Beta data tonight for my 2010 G37. Drove around the neighborhood in DS mode and you can tell throttle response has been improved atleast 60-70%. Transmission lag has been dramatically reduced but not eliminated. I still have very rich mixture between 1-3K but it's not a problem when floored just when acceleration from 1-3K. Hopefully things will get better as the tune learn my driving style.
