My G37 has had this flagpole clank issue for several months and I'm finally bringing it in to be fixed. Service personnel informed me they "haven't heard anything about this issue", so we shall see. Seems a bit strange since it's looking like a pretty common problem. Will report back.

OK, got the car back, took one day. Dealer lubed axles and replaced 12 bolts.

PS, who else has a 306hp loaner car?! I've never enjoyed a loaner so much!
