So we recently had a dyno meet (of which only 3 people showed up) today and got some pretty interesting numbers. I can't remember what the other numbers were but here is my dyno sheet.

Temp was about mid 70's.

Mods: JWT Intakes and HKS Exhaust

Previous baseline (posted in this thread as well): 282 whp / 235 tq.

New Dyno numbers: 293 whp / 239 tq.

Damn!!! You almost got 300whp with just intakes and exhaust. WOW!!! Once you get headers and hfc's you will on 320 easy.

Stillen G3 CAI - Everything else bone stock.

2008 G37S 6MT - Mods: Stillen G3 CAI only

Dynojet - 4th gear

Max HP: 298.39
Max Torque: 246.64

Run Conditions are as shown, best run was done @ 78.99 degrees F, 29.04 in-Hg, Humidity: 42%

I was really shocked when I heard the results, and so was everyone else. Most common response was, "WTF, just an intake?"

On a side note, she was running a little on the lean side. Next mod might have to be COBB AP.

Here is the video, thank you for putting that up T.Yang
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LX7FgfBRQk

Everyone else that ran on the dyno were G35s, the other 13 NA ones were running between mid 240's-mid 250's. The only TT G35 there ran 470whp.

Dyno Run 8/05/09

So, here is the top dyno graph from my pulls on Aug 05, 2009. The first two runs were around 276 to 277whp. We decided to let the car cool for 30 minutes to make the last run and picked up 13whp. Also, runs were done in 4th gear because in reading the beginning of this thread I misread the auto gearing for the manual gearing and thought the closest to 1:1 would be 4th in the manual. Ugggg. Anybody think this made a difference? Also, notice how pig rich the car still is with Intake and Exhaust. If Cobb ever comes out with the Access port for the Sedan, I should pick up at least 10whp just leaning it out some and put me over 300whp.

Totally Stock Dyno run on a 2008 G37S 6MT. This was done in 4th gear since I didn't know which gear it was supposed to run in until I saw this post . I'll be getting a new Dyno run after I install my Berk HFCs, ARK Performance Grip exhaust and my UpRev Tune.

^^NICE Punisher!! And I am sure Sharif and everyone there told you, but their dyno is very well known as the "dream crusher"...it reads VERY low and so if you are reading over 300 on their dyno that is AWESOME!!

glad you made it down there, I'm sure they showed you a great time
