All the info covers the 'gotchas'... awesomeness! only took 20 mins to remove... and I took my time to be safe.

after you remove the plastic rad cover, file the two holes that fit over the "prongs" to enlarge them a little bit.

easier to enlarge the holes in the plastic than it is to grind down the metal prongs.

now its easy to remove the 2nd time.

Thanks to the OP, and all the others that contributed to this DIY. I'm glad I read the entire thread before taking this on this week. No cracks on
my radiator cover, and I got the ugly grille with the peeling chrome swapped out. Look at the difference!
