So I was wondering on where the best placement for the air filter to be. Right in front of the radiator directly behind the grill or have it behind the frame/behind the outer edge of the grill? Does it need direct air hitting it or would pulling air from a "dead" air space be better? By better I mean cooler air for power. The Stillen uses the behind the grill approach and the Injen goes straight down and lower.
Thoughts? I am thinking of piecing my own using hose's from HPS to reduce heat soak.
