Awesome job, Tony. I know you'll have fun at the track too. Just don't beat it up too much! My previous two cars (a 1st Gen Eclipse GSX and an E36 M3) were almost fully dedicated track cars. And, that was the original plan for this car, but my wife got mad at me constantly beating on my car so no more track for me...

You missed that building by inches. That seemed really, really stupid.

^ I think it is the angle in which it was recorded, there is a good foot or so of space. At least that's what I'm telling myself.

Nothing has really changed as I'm still waiting on the DSS axles to be made. They are supposed to ship soon, but with Thanksgiving next week I'm not holding my breath.

In the meantime, I just got back from a 2 week vacation in Japan. What's a better way to say "Welcome Home" than to take the "Show Car" to the track?

Shout out to Z Club of Houston and Houston Zs for hosting an awesome track day at Motorsports Ranch in Angleton, TX!

I did around 2:00 flat. We were doing full course counter clockwise. I was told that I was doing OK for a novice and first time on the track. Not sure if I was lied to or not

The road course greatly exemplified my need to put new wheels/tires, but I just spent a good bit on the DSS axles, our vacation, and a new camera so that parts needs to wait a bit.

We ran the course clockwise and that's what I ran as well. Fun little track and cheap as well.

Yeah was great fun, but also showed I have quite a few more mods to do to the car as well as a lot more to learn!

Great pics... Looks like a lot of fun, Tony!! I really miss the track days in my old GSX and M3. I still haven't convinced the wife to let me track the G yet. She says it's way to pretty to beat up on the track. LOL
