Stiff Steering after after run off the road

Ok guys I have a 2010 G37 with stiff steering. I just picked it up from the dealer and they couldn’t find nothing wrong with the power steering or the rack. It did not start this until I was ran off the road by a 18 wheeler. Can you guys please give me insight on what to look at because this is not normal and it seems the dealer can’t help me either

You might want to check your front sway bar - It might have bent

Thats normal, if you take a wheel and try to rotate it on the Y axis, its not easy. If you rolled the wheel and tried to turn it the exact same way it will go easier due to lower friction.
