Any way to change steering ratio/angle?

Been looking for a while, but is there any way to increase the steering ratio on the G37? I have an S/6MT, and I know it has a tighter steering ratio than non-S, but I'd like to know if there are options out there to increase it further. Not concerned as much on steering angle, but would love quicker steering.

There are several products out there for cars with similar front suspension & steering links. Anyone ever develop something for the G/Z?

Here are a couple of examples of what I'm talking about. These are for the IS300, but it uses the same type of suspension and steering links as the G/Z.

FIGS IS300 PROAngle Steering Kit

IS300 steering knuckle rca hysteer. Non lowering version.
