Help! Stiff steering wheel

Hello there , the other day I was doing a couple of donuts but after i finish , my steering wheel started getting hard and really stiff when i slow down i can barely move it . also when is in neutral it locks i cant even move it
what could be the problem
is a 2008 infiniti g37 6mt about 66,000 miles thanks

Important questions: Did you hit or run over anything while hooning? Do you have the lower splash shield in place under the engine?

Sounds like you damaged the power steering system. It's really hard on the system when you have the wheel fully locked left or right. Hopefully it just needs fluid and the actual rack isn't damaged.

If the stiffness was temporary I'd say you overheated the P/S fluid and the steering should go back to normal after cooling down. But if its stiff and locked till now I'd say something's damaged.
