Shout out to THMOTORSPORTS and Need 4 Speed on the forum for getting me the best deal on coilovers and wheels. Going to let it settle for a bit then may lower it a little more. 19x9.5 niche m157 all around with 255/35/19. Square setup.

That's a pretty significant difference. Hopefully you don't have any issues with that short of a tire. Keep an eye on how your transmission shifts.

It's about 2.5% shorter, that's quite a bit but being square should keep things ok, but yeah, keep a close eye on things.
That set looks nice on your G, about another 1/2" lower and it would look

What coilovers did you buy?
Ksports. And honestly I don't recommend them. The shop I took them to hated the design and told me they're pretty cheap. In addition the factory abs sensor brackets in the front no longer work (nobody says anything about this.) The shop fabbed some for me for free. They don't include the nuts for the rear which is fine, I read about them and was prepared. But the suspension is way too bouncy. I'm surprised I've read zero bad reviews about them. Let's be fair, I don't hate them, but based on the only reviews I read on this forum I assumed they were the best bang for the buck. Knowing what I know now I would have paid more for better coilovers.

Have you adjusted the dampers very much, it can take a bit of trial & error to get it set properly.
My Megan coilovers which are a similar Taiwan sourced coilover took a few adjustment cycles to get proper. It was way too much on the springs (too soft) and felt floaty & bouncy, then went too firm, ended up about click 14 out of 32, so almost to the halfway point.
If they aren't adjusted properly the ride will be very poor.

I will adjust the dampening some more. Mine is too rough on bumps. It's very firm. But at the same time it creates a bouncy-ness that makes me car sick.

Keep in mind you made a couple significant changes at the same time. You went with a smaller series sidewall on a larger diameter wheel which will add quite a bit of firmness by themselves, then went to a coilover which will add more firmness to the ride. The firmness will be there regardless of how you adjust the coilovers, just need to get the dampers firmed up so you're getting damping and not relying as much on the springs.
Try turning the dampers all the way up, then turn back to zero to get started, then go up about 3 clicks from halfway. If you have 32 click adjusters try going up to 14, then take a good drive and see if you need to go up or down a couple more. It should feel firm but not slam on small bumps, and not feel floaty, bouncy, & disconnected.

I have Ksports as well and I will say that the ride is bouncy, but not unbearable. On the average road I can't even tell I'm lowered sometimes, but on the bumps and dips you really feel it.

Your help is appreciated. However I am not new to coilovers and I actually did the suspension a week before the wheels and tires. The new tires actually have helped smoothing out the ride.
Check your shock preload. Your springs will sag/settle after installation and it'll create more preload on the damper and it won't be in it's optimal damping range. 10-20mm can actually make a big difference. If the car is moving up and down several times over big bumps, the dampers don't have enough ability to control the spring rate. Won't matter if the dampers are turned up or down. When I turn my dampers way down in the softer end of the adjustment range, the car doesn't jounce at all. It'll do it a hair if I turn things waaaay up over big dips but sharp edged stuff isn't even noticeable.

Thanks for the clarity, I assumed this was all done at once, hopefully you can get things dialed in to a point where you're more satisfied. Keep us posted on how it turns out.
