Rubbing help!

I'm running 275/30/20 +27 in the rear and I'm on swift springs and keep hearing a scrubbing noise going over larger dips. We trimmed a bit of the fender lining which helped but it's still there. How much do I need to cut. Also, I saw something on here regarding the bumber brackets being bent, how would I do that and could that be the issue? Need to fix this as it sounds terrible and I cringe every time.

yes its most likely the bumper bracket!
you can do any of these (in order of easiness):
-get superduper stiff coils
-file it down slightly
-remove the screw completely and hammer the tab up (only do this if you arent doing aftermarket rear bumpers in the future) rear shoudl still stay intact
-cut that section with a dremel and relocate the screw

Tire size is all good, just need to tweak the clearance a bit.

I have oem 19s with 245 front and 275 rear on BC coils w/ SPC camber kits front/back with 20mm spacers all around. I rub all the time on the rear bumper bracket. Can I get enough clearance in the rear if I just hammer up the bracket or does it have to be removed?
