Angry Disk Brake Rotors - Rust after replacement

I took a trip to the mechanic and the guy charged me $114.65/$78.64 each for rotors. After about a month and a half, the brake rotors are rusted to ****. This leads me to suggest that they didn't put the OEMS in. The car is at 48k and I've had it for about 4-5 years now, never even a little rust on the OEM rotors. Now all of the sudden, all 4 are rusted.

In addition, I got Akebono Pads in but the brakes were screeching loud this Saturday. I drove around the block and the screeching stopped, but this is highly concerning.

**EDIT** Just called. They admitted to NOT using OEM rotors, which is ****ing fantastic. What ARE the OEM rotors for my model? I tried looking up but to no avail.

Lastly, I'm just finding out now that they ****ed me on the price. Total for synthetic oil + full brake pad (Akebono) replacement + Rotors = $1013.26 which is a lot more than what other people are posting. Fuming rihgt now.

Model: 2013 g37 IPL Convertible.

**Side discussion:
My driver-side bottom speaker (near my left leg) rattles like a SOB. What's the cause? I've heard it's a semi-common problem but can it be fixed?

Steel rotors rust. You can either remove and treat area with rust converter or spend a little more to get coated rotors. Stoptech sells a complete front and rear set with slotted rotors, pads, and hardware for under 500

My OEM rotors get light surface rust every time they get wet. It wears off with a mile or
two of stop and go driving. I always considered that normal. I don’t think it hurts anything.

I moved your post into the brake forum. Create another thread in the Audio, Visual, Lights forum for your speaker question.

No. I have not put non OEM rotors on my Infiniti. I am still running the original rotors. And they get surface rust on them every time they get wet. Every car I have ever owned got surface rust on the brake rotors when they got wet. I thought that was common and not a problem. Maybe I am wrong.
