Not on Teins, but I'm running 26.25" front & back on my coilovers.

I'm curious about that height on the Street Basis Zs since going lower eats up suspension travel.

Im on the Teins, 26.25/26.5 if that helps, no real scraping unless its an extreme downward angle. As far as suspension travel, in terms of comfort this rides like OEM to me at this height. Most people run this height to kill wheel gap and to remain good at daily driving, seems to be the general consensus around here.

Thanks... any pictures? I saw one on your introductory thread. That height looks just about right... maybe a little too low if I run spacers.

How easy is the install on these? Mine are supposedly at my house right now; I'd like to knock it out after work. I have an impact gun + torque wrench and have done a lot of suspension installs before. Car only has ~45K miles and is from Alabama so I'm hoping it's not too jammed up. Can I knock it out in a weeknight? I have to do all 4 corners in one shot.

Front seems pretty simple too, outside of having to use the spring compressor to get the top hat off. All the bolts seem pretty easy to get to, even with the impact gun. I might take a look at it tonight if I have a second.

It is a lot easier to do on a lift with tall jack stands to compress the rear springs and I believe I used a spring compressor on the front to get the top hats off, but it probably would still not be too bad on the ground if you have the experience and the right tools. I did not have any issues with the install, but I also had a lift, the right tools and the experience (I have replaced the suspension on almost every car I have ever owned).

I just wanna get it wrapped up before Saturday so I can get it aligned. When I did the coils on my Civic I rode around for like 2 weeks without an alignment and I burned up my tires

it needs time to settle. u should give it a conservative drop until it settles then lower to ur liking then get the alignment. i would say give it 2 weeks to settle at least but u said u did that before with ill effect. were u slammed? i waited longer and nothing happened to my tires. its up to u

It had struts up front (8th gen) so it was more sensitive to toe. Mild drop (1.5"). Same story with my Maximas. But the DWB Accords didn't need alignments at all from what I remember. Hopefully the G isn't super sensitive.
