Hooray! LOL. Be sure to spray the other one down really well and let it marinate overnight.

Lucky for me I have an impact gun. It came out super easily even though my car has 60,000 miles when I did this. But then again I live in CA so there is no salt.

Yes Sal can get that off for you. If you live anywhere near Baytown, I will do it for you. BTW, where did your car come from? That car has not been in Houston for all of it's 37K miles. That's a lot of rust.
Nope, you're not the only one. I have a Snap-On 3ft breaker bar, 6 point metric impact sockets, and if thats not enough, the floor jack handle as another 3ft extension!!

I bent a 3ft steel breaker bar and used an electric high power impact gun that I had to put on high to get it off. Glad I had that laying around. This bolt is a beotch. I got the rears done in like an hour and the fronts took forever because of this bolt and re-using the stock top hats with the tanabe's.

You are lucky. Most electric impact guns done have nearly enough torque for this bolt.

A good lubricant, heat, and a lot of properly applied force seems to be the recipe.

This is the best penetrating lube I have ever used. Blows Liquid Wrench, WD40, and even PB Blaster out of the water. I use it just for the really tough stuff like this bolt because it's expensive.

However you have screwed it up by rounding it off. Take the same steps, but instead of using an impact gun, you'll now have to use a damaged bolt extractor. They will cut into the bolt head to grip as you apply pressure. It is ruined, and you'll have to replace that bolt. Use a breaker bar at least 1/2" drive and at least 2' long. Like this one:
1/2" Drive 25" Breaker Bar

Judging from the amount of rust visible, I'm guessing you live in a harsher northern climate. My 96 Maxima doesn't have that much rust on it. That's part of the issue making it harder for you. Good luck.

Yes. this is how it's done. With 46K miles on mine I didn't have any issues with any bolts. Use a propane torch and a penetrating fluid of choice with a breaker bar and it'll come off easy as pie.
