returning item
My point is you said you are returning them as they were sent to you.

Did you fix the now-wrecked bolt hole?

Since you're obviously such a stand up honest individual, where's the money you owe me? Forgot about it? I haven't.

He put a thin paper towel in the brake nipples. yea that didn't help much. he should of used plastic nipple covers. anyways i just want this done and over with. i am sorry this didn't work out and that's all. this has gotten way out of control. listing my job information come on.
How dare you attempt to get on this forum and bash me.... If you had concerns about how things were shipped then you should have voiced them when I sent you pics before I shipped.

You had your opportunity to resolve this and MAN UP to your mistakes you didnt. Oh and about your boxes they you claimed where damaged. Here's your comments....

I will make sure you are BANNED and I will be posting these threads everywhere with your NAME ATTACHED.

Did you think you would scam me and it would go away????

Thanks for admitted on a public forum you installed the brakes which now gives me grounds to sue your *** for those false documents you submitted to paypal. Oh and just a heads up the Sr Manager (Steven) at paypal will be vetting you out of the system once this transaction is complete.

I warned you before Karma's a B*tch and I'll make sure she finds you!

So what did his documents to paypal say?

Technically, he hasnt scammed you yet. I consider a scam as mailing you back something completely different than what you sent him.

well technically he (the buyer AK47) broke the items as he tried to install them, when he forced that bolt into the caliper. so i would considered it getting scammed.

That the brakes werent for a G37 and they dont fit.

The fact he attempted to install automatically negates his paypal protection. He didnt state that too them for that exact reason. He didnt even allow comments to be sent back and forth, he immediately escalated it to a claim because he knew he was wrong.

Forcing a bolt into the back of the caliper essentially destroyed it but now he is gona ship it back to me?

How is that not getting scammed?????

I would consider that more of a fraud than scam. A scam is planned scheme to rob you of something. For example, if he planned to swap his old brakes for your Akebonos and thus made you conduct the transaction through ebay, that would be a scam.

In this case, he took your item, broke it, and claimed that you sent him the wrong item. This is considered fraud or deceit.

Like I said earlier, either way, this guy has demonstrated shady character and lack of honesty. What does this tell you about the dealership if they are hiring this type of sale reps?

AK47, I think in order to save any face at all, you need to back up your statements with more than words. You need to post some clear concise images of what the issue(s) are. If the rotors came in a beat up up, pictures should have been taken.

If the OP told you it was a PNP kit, you should have still done your due diligence and your own research to ensure it will truly be a PNP install. Finally, if it was clear it wouldn't fit at all, or major modifications were needed, the install should have been stopped right then and there. I'm sure with proper justification the OP would have refunded the price, maybe even ate the shipping.

From the pics posted, it appears some bolts have been forced into the calipers, so the product is no longer in as received condition.

Interested to hear the exchange between the seller and buyer regarding the fitment. If the seller claimed that it was plug and play, then he has some responsibility in this matter too.

I just wanted to point out how fast AK47 ran away from this thread after BB posted this. He is clearly trying to avoid this issue.

@Modme, i'm going by the information in the for sale thread on the item.

Part fits: 2010+ G37 Coupe, 2010+ G37 Sedan, 2008-2009 G37 Coupe, 2008-2009 G37 Sedan, Other Model G's
I recently had a dealing with an ignorant buyer on ebay about a similar non fitment issue for a different car part. Except there the buyer burned himself by admitting he had an older model car (via ebay messaging). When I refused to refund, he made a SNAD claim claiming his car is listed in my list of applications. In two days time his car became newer by 2 years. Ebay ended up eating the transaction by refunding his purchase price, but did not deduct this payment from me. I earned a negative fb as a result.

Edit: It wasn't so much about the money for me, but the fact that the guy lied and failed to do any sort of research before buying.

Edit2: If you use paypal, make absolutely sure to pull your money out of there AS SOON as it's received!
