What I'm saying is that if they are saying they are sorry and seeing about making it right because he misrepresented them in this, the right thing to do is to leave them out of it. Just my opinion. Whether they are legally liable or not. And if they didn't authorize him to do any of this or even know about it, what does it matter that it's on their letterhead? Obviously he did that without their knowledge or permission. My company has jerks working here too, it doesn't make the company bad. If they do what the can to rectify the situation, going after them would be bad form IMO.

Well Alan has been blowing up my phone all morning but i've ignored him. He wasnt happy at the negative rating I posted on dealerrater.com and im assuming neither was management.

I wrote the owner a very detailed and professional letter this morning and included all supporting documents and pictures included in this thread. I also posted links to this thread and the one running on g35nyc.com.

I got a call from a business line and assumed it was the owner but it was Alan begging to talk and that his owner asked him to call me. He offered to cancel the paypal dispute if I removed the dealerrater posting & I refused. If and when my money is refunded back to me and the case closed, only then would I remove the dealerrater.

At the end of the call can you believe he asked me again how to install them? And then sent me a txt asking for soundmikes site. I told him to go find the info on his own...Hahaha

Well as of 5 min ago I have my funds refunded back to me and have transferred them out of paypal. I will keep my word an remove the negative rating for the dealership and honestly Ill post something positive.

In less than 1hr of my original email this entire ordeal has been resolved thanks to the owner of Douglas Infiniti.

I will provide them with the nessessary information to retrieve the falsified documentation submitted to paypal. It is not the dealership's fault, all companies have bad employees, whats important is how they react when situations arise. This dealership forced him to resolve this immediately which speaks volumes for them.

Mod's... I wish to formally request that AK47 be banned for his conduct and to prevent any future fraud attempts.

Thanks for all the support and comments guys! Glad this is all over....!!!

He is really that stupid or he thinks I am....

I would appreciate it if everyone one this forum who reads this and would contact his employer and express their displeasure with such a fraudulent transaction that took place their and they it directly reflects on the dealership. I have asked that the thread title be changed and it made into a sticky so that anytime it is googled searched this thread will come up.

Jon Liebman
Title: Executive Vice President

I will update late with their email addresses.

Thanks Guys, hopefully with your help we can insure this guy never scams any other infiniti owner again.
Do you mean there are employees inside the dealership screwing you up after you bought their car!!! Well being screwed up during purchasing is not enough!!!!

Hey I resolved my issues once with crook dealership. Not by calling them directly, but by calling Nissan/Infiniti USA directly. As Nissan or Infiniti Owner you have the right to report any wrong doing of particular dealer or its employees. All you need to tell them is that you are reporting wrongful activities, and provide your vehicle VIN number. Once they takes the report from you, they will than send out a specialist to contact the dealership and try to resolve the matter on your behalf.

I hope this helps, the calipers look fantastic.

Only as a gift...right?

Glad this got rectified xSSv. Again, karma happens and it just shows you how careful you have to be. I'm sure Douglas Infiniti will be having words with the shady buyer.

Congratulations on the outcome!

Make sure he cancels and closes his paypal dispute before you remove your negative rating on dealer rating. That way, he can never re-open the dispute and you win the war!

There's some valuable lessons to be learned here... Such as disable the gps function in your cell phone camera LOL.

Glad it worked out for you.
