I sent an email and PM'ed them last night. I still haven't heard from them. I see they were logged in on the this forum at 10:28am today.... Not happy about that...

 

Did you try giving them a call?

 

I ordered mine about 2 or 3 weeks ago and had no issues with it. Waiting isn't going to change a thing it's pretty much the luck of the draw. It happens sometimes what can you do...but I do hope they get back in touch with hotdawwgman and resolve this issue.

 

When the hyperblinking happened to me I just created an RMA from within their site and my replacement was sent our within a week.

If you have sent an email to our customer service team, we will have a response for you within 24-hours. (We always respond within 24 hours during the week.)

Our production team tests every module prior to packaging them and shipping them out. There's two things to inspect.

1. Make sure the wiring is still intact, and was damaged during installation.

2. Make sure the factory connector is installed securely and seated correctly.

If you still can't get it to work correctly, we will work with you and provide replacements if needed.

i'd love to take it one step further.
is there a way to install LED into the original turn signal lens, and have those act as brake lights? and the LED mod to only power running lights and turn signal... that would be awesome.
