I just went to the DD site and opened a RMA request. I linked their instruction video, my video of the hyperblinking as well as a link to this post showing that multiple customers are noticing the same issue.

Yeah, just got mine Friday and installed today... I have the hyperblinking... part of the bad batch crew. Will get in touch with DD. Other than the hyperblinking, I like it!! The wife likes it a lot more as well. LoL

+1 on this. I got notification replacement modules are on the way along with all the stuff needed for return shipping on the defective modules. Top notch!

After you contact them they should ship a replacement with a return label for the defective one. At least that's what DD told me

I went to their site and opened an RMA on my order on Sunday which was approved today. They're shipping a replacement w/ a return shipment slip/package for the old one.

Glad you guys have all gotten help but I'm not having such an easy time. I've sent a few emails that haven't been answered, and their phone lines are not being monitored because of a trade show. I know DD is a well respected company but this is my first time dealing with them and I received a defective product and can't get any support.

I didn't call or emailed them, I just logged on their site under my account and opened an RMA. The process might be a bit slower due to the Sema Show but they should be able to process your RMA.
