Okay thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot instead.

Jumbo Palace, I'm having the same issue, first time customer as well. Emailed them twice on their website and pm'ed them on here. I am sure they are busy with SEMA and I will just wait patiently on getting this resolved. From what I have heard from others is that they are good on responding and fixing issues.

Just a quick update on mine (which I also submitted the RMA for). I rec'd another email on Monday 11/2 saying mine missed the shipping deadline for "internal reasons" and they would be shipping Tuesday 11/3. Tuesday came and went without a shipping confirmation so I replied to the "internal reasons" email this morning to find out if they shipped. I rec'd an email a couple hours ago saying they shipped today. I'll update again when I receive them and see if they work.

Same here, no response to my emails and their phones go unanswered due to SEMA.

Same here... 2 emails one on Sunday and one on Monday and pm'd on here, still no response. I'm sure they are short staffed right now b/c of SEMA, but I noticed that some people have received responses between then and now.

I was told to install my faulty modules to actually determine if they are indeed faulty, then if they are, contact DD to get an exchange RMA going.

Hi all. DD got in touch with me last night and I informed them that I had tested my modules and submitted for an RMA. Phillip was very polite and told me they would get it processed asap. Fingers crossed!

I think the modules which are the new working ones have a white label in the front . and if you have no label that means you have the defective ones ?
