Still able to do this?

Part # 62070-JL00B is the standard chrome grille. There's no fog light harness available from the factory. Dealerships can only order a complete body harness. Your best option is to buy the pig tails and custom wire them or get an H11 HID kit and hook the fogs to some type of switch. I recommend buying the anniversary edition bumper since it's less in pricing but it does not include lower grilles with fog light holes. Just order part # B61E5-1VP00 for the lower grille kit with holes. PM me and I can work out a complete package deal for you.
Hey Ray, I know your comment is a little older but I'm getting ready to do this swap. Are you still able to help with ordering parts? I know I will need the pigtails and that's about the only thing I'm having a hard time finding.

I looked that up and found it over $1,000, what happened to the 300 range from the original post?

I am a new owner to be honest and new to the forums, from the little research i did here and there,i came to the conclusion that once upon a time infiniti had the IPL parts ( exterior ) very cheap, soon later the IPL gained popularity because of its stylish and beautiful looks and the price sky rocketed! i have no knowledge if the bumper was that low but i would believe so, now they range 1k and up, but you can get it for a little cheaper if you contact OC garage or sergio in OC cali dealer. he is on the forums. im pretty sure someone knows of how cheap they were can chime in.

Also, the $300 range sounds more like the side skirts because you can find them for that price (i purchased them for $330 painted)
IPL Rear bumper will range $450-550 painted.

IPL front bumper end caps

Has anyone been able to find the end caps that come in the front bumper kit? These go between the fender well and end of the bumper. Apparently they only come in the kit and there is no way to order from Nissan/Infiniti individually.

Where can I find sergio on the forums? Or do I call the infiniti dealership and ask for sergio?
I want to do the IPL body kit conversion and would definitely get the rear bumper if I can get it for $450 - 550 painted.

Has anyone found the cheapest place to purchase the slim reservoir (IPL) part number 28910-1NL0A yet? I'm seeing them for around $120. Anyone find them at a better price?
