Alright, so I ordered the mirrors a few weeks ago, and I guess they've been waiting on me for a response.

I bought from Rakuten.

There is a dropdown option I overlooked for the part asking "Side blind monitor type":

1. For car
2. Radio for the car

I can only guess this is a poor translation from Japanese, and maybe they're asking if it's for the side mirror with/without a camera, and if so, it doesn't matter and I'll proceed.

If, however, they are asking something else entirely, I don't want to end up ordering the wrong thing.

Thought I might clarify here before getting back to the freight forwarder.

 

Basically they are asking if you have the blind spot camera system. More than likely you don't.

My kit p/n was B6165-1NF00. I don't have the camera.

If you DO have the side camera then you will want p/n B6165-1NF01. The only apparent difference, based on the part diagrams, are additional wiring harnesses that are provided in the kit.
