iPhone for Music in 13 G37x Non-Navigation?
Hello,
I been googling around and am more confused then ever! I have a 2013 G37x Sedan without the navigation package. I have my iPhone XR on a window mount that is perfect for navigation, however I want to also be able to simultaneously play music to the car (doesn't matter if wired or wireless, just need phone to be charging if wired). I want to stream music through YouTube, Apple Music or Spotify.
I have heard about the Bovee 1000 and WMA2000 (appears sold out for a while now). If I go this option, which would work best for my 2013? My car never came with the 30 pin iPod cable, not sure if the 2013 normally does or if that is for only older years. Seeing numerous posts where they bought a Bovee but did not work with their car. I wonder if it is because of buying wrong version for their year car and also seems certain cars need a booster device to give it extra power depending on the car.
Other people seem to directly connect the phone to the USB port. However, with this way I thought you can't use the phone such as texting/gps while streaming music as it locks the screen for music only?
Thanks!
