Bluetooth
I have a 2010 G37 Journey Package with Nav. I wanted Bluetooth streaming in my car but wanted the info to pop on the screen as well. I have conquered this problem by purchasing 2 products off Amazon. The first thing I purchased as anyone know has been looking into this problem knows is the Tune2Air Bluetooth Adapter. I have done a lot of research and this item is one of a kind. but the problem i ran into is that my Ipod adapter is compatible to power the adapter so i purchased the CableJive dockStubz adapter off amazon as well. so I have a Micro usb plugged into the Cablejive adapter which power the Tune2Air adapter. this setup works GREAT. I stream Spotify and the nav picks up the info and displays all info. 2 minor problems i have encountered is when connected to wifi and playing music when leaving home the music will skip. Quick fix is that i turn off Wifi before starting the car and all is fine. Last problem I have encountered is occasionally i have to seen when the dispaly will say no song but play the music. quick fix is to open the ipod app (now called "music" on iphones) and play a song just to get the info on the screen and then go back to Sportify and problem fixed. I also bought the Iottie magnetic dock for my car and I love that as well. allows quick docking and undocking for my Iphone 6 Plus, here are some pics of my set up. THIS SET UP HAS BEEN TESTED WITH IPHONE 6 PLUS AND A GALAXY S 5 and both work!!!
Make sure you purchase the CableJive dockStubz+ adapter so when you plug the Tune2Air in it and plug the MicroUSB into the CableJive it will have the proper power to make the Tune2Air power on. The Tune2Air will not work by itself.
I thought the same. I bought the car used and it never worked. I have ran the diagnostic in the Nav System and it says everything is working fine. The car connects to the phone but not for music. So I had to go about it this way which feel stock how well it works. Ive also have seen other posts on this and diffrent site that say the same for the same year and they were looking for a solution.
I would like to try the WMA2000 with a simple USB power enhancing cable, like this:
Amazon.com: 30cm USB 2.0 a Power Enhancer Y 1 Female to 2 Male Data Charge Cable Extension Cord: Computers & Accessories
I would run one into the Audio USB, and another USB male end to the power outlet in the box. I think it would work. But the Tune2Air WMA2000 looks to be $100+. I'd be buyer for about $60.

Now that I think about it, you could use that power-enahancer cable with the WMA1000, too. Go from the Tune2Air to a 30pin ipod cable to the female end of the adapter, with one male end to the USB aux and another to the power outlet. That would be a lot cheaper than the set up described somewhere else on this forum.
