Guys,

I am having trouble while listening to Bluetooth Audio from my Iphone 5 on my 20 11 G37X. Its like playing a damaged CD. Music gets cut very option. Service says they have applied all the updates, but still happens.

Anyone with the same issue? Would really appreciate some help.

sorry i don't have bluetooth audio except for phone calls
have you tried different phones? and wired connections...

 

I have a an iPhone 5 and a '10. It does this *occasionally* - usually when I'm really taxing the phone - i.e. running Apple Maps (yes, I have Nav, no I don't always use it) while streaming audio and then take a call.

I don't think it's the car, I think it's the iPhone. My iPhone 4 did the same thing, and it was usually the same deal - running many processes at the same time on the phone.

 

My '11 does this as well, even if I am not using the phone while streaming music. This is with a samsung galaxy s4. I thought it was just me! Anyone have any ideas?

 

I have an 11 with nav. I have an outdated storm 2. Pairing with the cars bluetooth is flawless. Streaming works as it should, no dropouts.

 

I have a 2010 and an iphone 5 and it occasionaly does this. I pause and press play again and it usually takes care of the problem. But I hear you, very annoying when it happens.

 

Dropouts usually occur because of the phone nothing to do with the car. How is your coverage in your area? I just drove from LA to Vegas I had some dropouts due to coverage but when I'm in my area it hardly happens, but it does happen on occasion. I have a GS3 though not an IP5.

 

Problem is my Iphone5 streams music perfectly via bluetooth on my Ford..It gets me thinking the problem is with the G37. Service & updates have not been helpful either.

 

Hmmm...very odd my wife has the IP5 and she has no trouble streaming from her phone. I'm sure you tried but I have to ask did you try to delete your phone and reload it back in the G? That shouldn't even matter since you got the update but I would try anything at this point. Goodluck.

 

Oh Yes..I have tried that too..Nothing seems to work...Frustrating...

 

Yup happens to me too, only once every few weeks though. It usually stops when I pause then play the song. Occasionally I'll have to turn my bluetooth off and on.
