If you meet the criteria on the bulletin, you can get a new screen, which I did.

Got a new screen... and it did not work... i'm all out of options besides taking it to Infiniti, which is where i didn't wanna go..

Any solutions? I need answers!! My screen hasn't turned on for a month.. But I can see the back light. Bought a new screen.. Didn't work.

You have to realize there's a small computer in there. Anything could happen. Maybe it just died.

Short of buying another one out of a junked car, your options are to take it out and fiddle with it, or go to the dealer.

So disconnecting the battery cable is essentially a reboot...

Just to mention the obvious which I'm sure is not your issue, but did you make sure the Nav screen display brightness is not set to "off" which will black out the display?
