I would either take it to the dealership or call them to see if there is a simple fix

My first attempt would probably be to pull the battery leads and let the care sit for a few minutes. If that doesn't fix it, definitely take it to the dealer.

I have a 12 Coupe... Mine did the same. 3times even being new... I took the Negative off for a few hours and came back... hasn't done it since...
But if it does off it goes back to the shop!
Its funny that you can hear the music but no screen volume works too...I have no clue but that workes for me so far...

While the car is on? Or off? And just remove the wires from the back? Or still leave it intact.

Maybe I missed something, but I think he is talking about the car battery, not wires on the nav. Disconnect the negative lead on the car battery for a few minutes to hours then reconnect and see what happens.

If nothing works even if the screen is off ( can you change the temp, music, etc?), then replacing the screen still won't fix that.

Sorry no one has had a answer.. I tried... but a Question after reading the posts is this...
Is there a fuse for the Screen? I know our Radio has one but what about a screen fuse? They are separate! I know they share one cord but just a thought Calvin?
They had some here in CA on Craigs list as a few Part outs in the Screen and Unit... I can look again to see how much but the looks of the car it got rolled and the other Smashed in the front...

Yeah, I can't change turn on the radio/AC, or do anything that has to do with the screen...
I'm gonna try and order a new screen, and see if that works.... FML!!

There is a "Blank screen" bulletin out there, see if it pertains to you.

The first thing you should try is depressing the brake pedal and pushing the button to turn the car on......
Make sure that the key is in the car. Once the car starts the screen should come on.
If you need anymore help please let me know

i agree with joker however try sometimes the bessel around the navi screen touches making the screen pop on and off if youre having that much of an issue check with infiniti and see if there is an update for it. 9 times out of 10 thats the reason for it acting up.
