New Radar Mount w/Escort S3

Not sure if this is a repost, but I thought I would share.
Wanted to go with the Solo3 because its battery powered and I can switch it from vehicle to vehicle fairly easily.
The mount was like $85 w/shipping, kinda expensive but worth it IMO. I hate the look of suction cups and the risk of them falling off during the winter.
Feels very sturdy and secure.

Here's the website.. BlendMount Custom Radar Detector Mounts Escort Beltronics Valentine One

Yes, I believe this is a widely known mount for Escorts and V1s.

On the off-note...the red leather is secks.

It provides a clean look. You can wire it into the mirror as well which makes it seem OEM. No wires, no suction cup and a radar detector that turns off and on with the engine. It's a pretty slick setup. It is also only compatible with the Escort/Beltronics and ValentineOne so if you have something else, look elsewhere. $80?? It's worth it for some, not for others. For me, it would be worth it to save the stupid coil power wire and a suction cup on your windshield.

Hey, how is the suction cup?
I don't like the double mini suctions because it falls too easy and the rattle.
My main concern is the rattle,

THanks!

It's great doesn't rattle. It's held on for good 4 months without falling off or problems.

I'm just using the normal mount that came with the radar detector and the stealth cord. I wanted the blendmount but man, $80 is a little steep.
