Possible to swap in a different sub in the place of the Bose one?

Possible to swap in a different sub in the place of the Bose one?
I'm curious if anyone has done this. I want to swap it out for something that kicks a little harder and I'm trying to avoid putting a box in the trunk. I was looking at swapping it for a JL if possible.
