Yesterday I went to one of the premium Auto processor in So. Calif and and picked up a Radio Satellite Antenna- for Convertible that goes on the trunk. This looks brand new was- never used. I am posting this here if any one can use the item. Let me know.

I paid $75 after I checked with Infiniti dealer the price was $175. for sale now for $70+7.50 four color available- see classified.

I have new in the box Satellite Radio Antennas with colored Covers, Cover colors available are NAB *midnight garnet, vibrant red A54 graphite K51, and moonlight white QAA.
All are new in the box

How do they work? Do they replace the standard antenna without needing the rear spoiler with built in antenna? And is it a pretty easy install?

Your current trunk mounted antenna unit houses (satellite Radio Antenna and AM/FM antenna processors). The Satellite Radio Antenna and Integrated Antenna Spoiler work together. If you don't use/subscribe to XM satellite Radio then the Satellite Radio Antenna is just for show and tell plus fills the hole left by the whip antenna assembly. The convertible's spoiler which has AM/FM antenna processors integrated into it replaces the whip antenna assembly.

I think I am going have same carbon fiber applied to one of the convertible spoilers and see how it looks. What do you vert owners think?
