Bluetooth without Bose amp

Bluetooth without Bose amp
I am going to install aftermarket amp(s) and speakers in my 09 G. I am assuming that the Bluetooth function will not be affected since I am only by-passing the Bose amps. Can anyone that has done this type of install confirm this? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
