So when installing just a subwoofer / amp, are these the wires that I can tap to power my amp inputs?

(23) Rear Left - (SB)(Sky Blue) **Preamp from HU
(24) Rear Left + (V)(Violet) **Preamp from HU
(25) Rear Right - (Y)(Yellow) **Preamp from HU
(26) Rear Right + (BR)(Brown) **Preamp from HU

Or will I need a special filter to tap into first, before powering my amp?

Yes and no special filter needed as they are low voltage signals.

Others have done so here on the forum with no problems. I would say it depends on your amplifier. If it accepts both high and low inputs, then you're fine no matter.

Geez man, at least try to search! There's many, many posts refarding speaker sizing.

Dash: 3" Mid
Door: 1" Tweeter, 3" Mid, 10" Woofer
Rear Side: 3" Mid
Rear Deck: 6x9" Woofer

I read that there's a bit of a difference for the Sedan...obviously a different speaker setup. Does anyone have the details or a diagram for this? I'm about to do a system in mine. If not I'll see what I can diagram as I do it.

I found the 08 g35 sedan wiring diagram from the service manual via InfinitiHelp.com and it looks as if it's the same as the 37's. Maybe everyone already knew that. The only real differences is that it looks like the rear door speakers in the sedan run off the same wires as the rear mids do in the coupe, so 18, 19, 31,& 32. Also since there's 1 sub, there's a B46 connector with fewer pins than the B43. The main thing to know is that the sub signal is on 1 (V-) and 2 (SB+) instead of 8 & 9. I haven't dug into the car yet so if they changed anything from 08 to 09, this could be wrong, but I doubt it. The sub amplified signal to the speaker comes from elsewhere, but that is obvious since you just follow the leads to the sub itself. Hope this helps some Sedan guys!

How much depth does the coupe have where the 10" woofer goes?

So it looks like I can just toss in my amp/sub in the back and use the current wires going to the Woofer and/or Bose Amp. If I replace the 3ways in the front, can I still leverage the Bose Amp? When I do replace the Bose amp, will I need to re-wire the entire car?
