I just switched from stock 19" wheels to Vossen vfs 2 20" staggered. added sensor for new wheels. the guy did my tires said he already program the sensors. the question is can he program the sensor without my car? how come the warning light is on (flashing when ignition on and solid light after few minutes)?

Hopefully all your sensors are working also there are different versions depending on your year, there's several ways it could go wrong I'd take the G back to the tire shop and see if they can do a full reset.
