2011 G37X - Tire warranty? Help!!
Put it this way, I changed out my RS-As before I had my first oil change, they're THAT bad.
I've been very happy w/ my Toyo Proxes4 Plus A/S, got about 15k miles on them thus far and it looks like I can get about 40k at the rate they're wearing. Been good in all conditions excepet haven't tried them in heavier snow, just a couple inches around here since I've had them

But you live in NY and have a AWD car. Mount snow tires on your stock wheels and pick up a set of summer tires for the half of the year or so that doesn't have crappy weather.

I don't know what is crazier...your mileage out of the 050s or the fact that you drove them in that kinda weather.
Safety is the prime concern, but you'll also enjoy your car a lot more w/ tires that are a much better match for the vehicle.
Another vote for the Proxes4. I ran Pirelli P-Zero Neros as "winter tires" and really liked them.

Ok, the tires aren't THAT bad. It depends on your driving style. If you're a very aggressive driver, then yes, you should probably replace them asap as they will not hold up under aggressive driving conditions. If you're like me and just mostly cruise on the highway for work, run them until they're dead, no sense in wasting tires.
A v rated tire that is noisy /wears to quick/ poor handling in wet or dry.
When I had the loaners, I notice the very sloppy handling.
About is poor as you can get. My juke has them, they are crap.
If I wasn't getting a new set of rubber for the evo, they would be in the trash.
