Center Console and Taillights not working...fuse issue?

I took my 2011 G37x in to get an aftermarket radio display installed, which ultimately was unsuccessful. Now the taillights and center console lights (blue rings around *****, lights on buttons) don't work. Brake lights, head lights, information cluster and gauge lights all work fine.

Anyone know where the fuse is located for these lights? I'm assuming they're connected somehow. Maybe a fuse in the IPDM? Or the fuse box behind the battery in the compartment, on the inside fender wall? If it's there, how do I access it, just remove the battery? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know about that specific fuse, but the easiest ones to check are located next to the dead pedal in the drivers floor area.
