Vibration at 65mph+ What could it be??

Ok, I will try to include as much info as possible to help determine what this could be.

Symptom: Steering wheel pulsates/vibrates when traveling above 65MPH+ and settles down around 90MPH. It's just a mild vibration but it's definitely noticeable.

Possible cause: It started when the driver side front wheel was repaired so I am thinking it has to be connected in some way but I am not sure how. Dealer repaired the rim for curb rash, the color match was terrible so they sent it out again and the second time looked much better so I left the dealer and noticed the vibration on the way home, when I arrived home I inspected the rim more closely to make sure it wasn't something obvious I missed but the rim looked like new so I go grab the tire rod to make sure the rim is on securely and to my surprise I could not loosen or tighten the lugs (they appeared to be a size off). I called my dealership understandably upset and told them what I experienced and they said of course to bring it in. I take the the car and after they looked at it they tell me the lugs were rounded by the repair folks and the wheel needed to be rebalanced. The replaced the lugs and balanced the wheel so I thought I was done but on the way home again I enter the highway and AGAIN vibration! I take it back immediately and tell them, they said they are going to do a Roadforce balance this time and about an hour later I have the keys and I'm on the way home and while the vibration is somewhat better, it's still there! So I thought I would ask the real experts

Solution: ???

When at the dealership why not drive with the tech on the highway before you even take the care home to make sure it's fixed 100%. Did you hit a curb recently curbing the wheel bad?

Sounds like the wheel got bent and the tire guy didn't check for run-out.

Easy to check; jack up the car, rig up an indicator next to the rim and give it a spin...

The dealer actually mentioned having a tech come with me on both visits but when it came time to have someone ride along they always said they were too busy. No curbing, I maintain the car very well and was having the rim repaired for very minor curb rash, like so minor you couldn't see it from a few feet away but again, I keep the car in like new condition. The car did not have any vibration before repair.

It sounds like something is definitely up with the wheel and/or tire. Keep complaining until they give you an entire new replacement wheel .
