hey guys, i just started noticing the rattle, but it looks like my VIN is later than the posted date 122412, anyone with a later VIN date able to get their muffler replaced with this same TSB? I'm at 2500miles

 

got this done last week. the tech didn;t even need to hear it..he just replaced it and took my word for it. i guess this is a very common occurance...LOL.

 

is your vin past the date?

 

no...my date is included in the tsb. just have it replaced under warranty anyway. if you can drop it off and have the technician hear the sound it should be okay. if they still deny you warranty then speak to infiniti customer service.

 

i replaced my entire exhaust and still have that noise, and theyre telling me about my stillen cat's internals now.

 

So I just got my exhaust replaced. Has anyone have any experience with model 20100-JL01C?

 

It's the same as the others its just a superceeded number

 

just got my muffler replace today, (nice and shinny btw) and i notice the rattle is still there. the service guy told me part of the notice is coming from my springs (im drop on JIC Coils) i will bring my car in to a shop next weekend to see if they can do anything

 

I just bought a 2008 G37S and i notice the muffler rattle on start up.It goes away once its warm but im bringing it in tomorrow. Thanks
