passenger rear mirror vibrating

When I drive my car over 80KM, my passenger rear mirror vibrate very strongly. Does anyone experience the same? Will it be my suspension that is causing that?

Speaking of outside rear views; both of mine have areas around the bottom that look like the reflective part of the mirror was not adequately coated and looks almost frosty for lack of a better term-anyone else?
