TSB - Rattle in Main Muffler
I think if your number is smaller then 120021 then you would be affected. The (*) is there, I think, because that is a package type identifier but I am not sure. My number ends with 106532 and begins the same as they specify so my should be affected and that is why I have that stupid buzzing sound at startup.
Even if it doesn't solve it the first time, it's good they have acknowledged it. That way every time it happens just bring in the TSB. Bound to get a muffler at some point that works OK.
My VIN looks to be after this date unless I'm reading this incorrectly, JNKCV64E18M120576, but I swear I hear a rattle or something abnormal when i start up.

TSB is not a recall. If the dealer finds the part isn't malfunctioning, they have no obligation to repair it. A TSB is basically just like a heads up to the dealers letting them know it is a common known problem and that the owner isn't just making **** up.

Do you plan on getting it replaced as per the TSB for the buzzing noise?
EDIT: I just called my dealership and service guy and he is looking into the TSB and seeing how long it will take to get the part in.
DOUBLE EDIT: My service guy just put in an order for the parts needed for replacement. He confirmed that my car qualifies for the TSB and I will just have to leave my car there the night before so they can start it on a cold start and verify the noise. I hope the buzzing noise is good enough to qualify. Looks like I am getting it changed out according to the TSB!! Thanks guys.
