Depends how much fun you want to have and how far you want to drive.
If you are in the mood for a drive then take 59 north to Cleveland. Exit at FM2025 toward Cold Spring. This is an excellent drive through the Sam Houston Natl Forest which can be made at pretty high speed (but watch out for logging trucks and the occasional fed).
At Cold Spring take 156 to Point Blank. High Speed twisty's but you should be able to keep it in the 70 - 90 mph range.
At Point Blank take a left on 190 toward Huntsville. At Phelps take a left on 2926 andthen left again on 75 to New Waverley. In New Waverley take 1375 across 45 and across Lake Conroe about 10 miles to the junction with 149. Take a left and head south towards Pinehurst and then take a left on 1488.
Take a right on 242 and cross 45. take a right on 1314 to Porter at the Junction with 59. Head south back to town.

This is a grear drive and a good chance to really "get to know" your Car

Let me know what you think if you try it!

My favorite --- Westpark Tollway --- anywhere from the far west all the way down to 610/west exit (the very last exit that force you outta the tollway. Right before the exit, that 2-3 miles are amazing)

I just did 100-110 on I-10. There were a few car on the I-10 from 610 to Highway 6. I did it all the way playing with gears...it was awesome. I also saw a Carrera S top down and a brand new Cayenne GTS on the way.
