Considering samuel1021 and pdpMIATA are signed up to bring soda & soft drinks, I'd say two 24-packs.

I'll get them cleaned up, snap some pics so you see what I have. If you want to take them off my hands I'll bring them up with me to the meet.

I think three bottles per person should be sufficient. If anyone plans on drinking more than that, maybe bring a few of your own.

So three cases? Maybe that's too much - I just drink a lot of water lol.

considering it's hard to catch up on this thread and how quickly things change and evolve and my lack of absence here, why don't you guys tell me what else you need, so I can contribute as much as I can as well and bring something over too.

Fruit: bananas, apples, oranges, etc.

Coolers to hold soda and water and other stuff.

Snacks: kettle chips, BBQ Fritos, etc. (too specific? LOL)

Paper toweling, large garbage bags, boom box (set on mild boom)...

btw like I have mentioned I am coming with my significant other and 2 friends as well as we are sort of killing 2 birds with one stone and using this opportunity to treat it as some sort of a road trip and time well spent with great community ( that part mostly applies just to me) but they're tagging along as well for fun and we're going to spend a night there somewhere... and I'll try to bring some of these things whatever I can get my hands on John...

That's all good. Sounds like fun.

Just pick something now and stick to it. How about half a dozen bags of assorted snacks? That's something you could pick up now and not have to worry about it for a few weeks.

I'm updating the contact info with who's bringing what.

Mike - I think John nailed the basics of what else we would need. Get some snacks and sides if you capable. Chips, fruit, cold salads (pasta, potato, asian, etc.). Which ever work.

Just let us know what you decide on so John can update the list accordingly!

In case anyone is counting, if Mike is bringing 3, that puts the potential number of people for this meet at 29, out of 20 possible cars.

Even if we get half that, still good. 5 members are still uncommitted. And I wouldn't be surprised if we picked up a couple more in the next few weeks.

My wife makes a killer cold pasta salad. It's the kind of thing that tastes even better on the second day... not sure I understand that, but don't care. It's awesome.

I'll ask her if she could whip that up.

You should reserve a room at this B&B, it's only a couple of miles from the Park.

Good point. I think this should definitley apply for the drinks and sides folks. I'll bring dogs and hots for ~20. I may even scratch the hot dogs all together, just because white/red hots are way better. That way I could pick up some brats as well. Not everyone will have a hot, brat, or burger.

Who you calling "you people?" You mean middle-aged, white, suburban dads with a mid-life crisis car? Is that what you're trying to say?

jk jk

I like Kettle Chips, and BBQ Fritos, and Cheetos. But that's just me.

He doesn't read back, Connor. He only goes forward in the thread, because that's how Mike rolls on the forum.
