I'm 20 minutes from NH up 95 N. There are good sides and bad. You'll want a throw away with you incase you need to use it - not sure about BYO laws up here. It took me nearly 6 months to get my carry permit. I bounce in an out of New Haven to do some banking so you might see the G down by the courthouse from time to time.

I know a downtown cop in NH and he was telling me they have the worst crime rate of any US city less than 2 million. That could be true. Big gang problems too. You're from ATL - you'll know EXACTLY when you're in the wrong place.

BTW - the only time I've ever been "hunted" was in ATL one night. Four guys from a bachelor party walking back to the hotel and a group of about 6 guys stalking us from a block back. Fuggin crackheads though one of us might fall back far enough to get robbed.

I totally forgot to update this thread. I've been working in New Haven for about 3 months. I fly into LGA on Monday mornings and fly out on Thursday afternoons.

Anyone near New Haven, hit me up!

 

Dude... you fly in with LaGuardia... thats NYC sonnnnnnnn, you should join up g35nyc.com and there will be a lot more people in NYC and CT.

 

Yup... I fly into LGA and drive the hour and a half to New Haven. Cheaper to fly into LGA than Hartford.
