Kenna's G37S

New guy. Bought an 04 G35 Coupe from some chick off Craigslist. It was my first car. Saved up some money and bought it myself. That day I became a man. Sadly, a week later I had a blown engine. Really sucked because I needed my car for school since I live off campus. Saw the price for another engine and I nearly cried, then I saw the price to rebuild the engine and the years got to falling. Anyways, I'm saving up some money for a new (to me) car. Wanted a 335i coupe but I'm a college kid so I don't have the money or the time to waste on problem after problem. Enter Infiniti g37s coupe. Beauty, performance, and reliability. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I'm still saving up and looking for the right one. Only real options I want are navigation and paddle shifters (i plan on doing the ground kit mod). I'll definitely keep you guys posted and hopefully I get one soon!

Welcome aboard, if you're a student and budget is tight its definitely best to look into something with some sort of warranty on it.

Thanks for moving it to the right place. Sorry about putting in the wrong section. My question is how reliable are these cars? And there arent that many good deals in GA on a used coupe. Is it safe (at least safer than the 335i) to look out of state and take the risk of not being able to see it in person till i buy it? And on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, how reliable do you think the g37s with AT is? i want a car thats gonna last me the rest of college and probably after that.

I'd feel quite safe getting a G coupe- 8/9 on your scale of 1-10. Just do your research, check the background on the car, and trust your instinct. Don't fall in love with a specific car and ignore some possible warning signs.
