Are G37's really that bad?
I love my G! If your going for an auto transmission get 09+ so you get the 7at. 08 has the 5at. I don't know of anybody prefers the 5at over the 7at . This is something I wish I did more research on before purchase . 25k will get you a really nice G.
I just bought an 10 G37x, had it for a week, its sporty, but still more like a luxury car. I took an 08 TL S home for the weekend, liked it, but for the same money got the G. The TL seemed dated compared to the newer car. It was fast, but the G is faster, just feels a little different.
I just picked up my first G today ('12 37xs) and am loving it. I drove 6 hours to the Dallas area to get it because I wanted the xs dressed in black on black and this was the best deal I could find. This is also my first "luxury" car as I went from a '11 sonata (4 cyl), and '06 Galant (gts with a 3.7). The G is hands down better than what I've had. Before I decided on the G I confided in my cousin who is an import buff (has a 350z with too many mods to list) as well as done my research online. I'm sure some out there think the acura's are better, but for me the selling point was the lower price and higher horsepower.
